About Me
I’ve had BIG ENERGY since I arrived on this earth in 1987. I was loud, I was colorful and I was often told to settle down. I finally found an outlet for all the emotions and ideas swirling about in my head in tenth grade, when an English teacher told me I was a good writer. As someone who always got her highest marks in math, this came as a surprise. What I didn’t know then, but I definitely know now, is that my unique way of seeing and feeling the world around me translates into streams of words and stories that people actually want to read. Yay, a purpose!
Pursuing that purpose, I explored a career in journalism, dabbled in editorial and creative copywriting, and finally found my home in product marketing…where I get to write, strategize, and collaborate with colleagues and customers. I’m thoughtful, intentional, and leave a little piece of my heart in each project. I am an expert communicator who can problem-solve like no other, and my attention to detail and ability to see things from multiple angles, while always striving to be a good human, make me an asset to any company.
My skills include product messaging and positioning, GTM strategy, sales enablement, VOC, content creation, graphic design, and video editing. And if there’s something I don’t know yet? I learn it — staying curious, adaptable, and genuinely invaluable along the way.
Outside of work, I am mama to a dog, two cats, and many plants, a lifelong runner, a bad-to-mediocre artist (see work here), a thrift and secondhand enthusiast, and a borderline binger of British television.
