PRODUCT MESSAGING

My approach to positioning and product narratives is simple: focus on the value and ROI and make sure those resonate with the customer. Features and functionality matter, but they're only a small part of the story—not the entire one. Many of these examples were not only written by me, but also designed and produced, as I was part of a small, scrappy marketing team at Qstream.

PRODUCT DEMOS

I absolutely love doing product demos—and I honestly never thought I’d say that. In my role at Qstream, I had to overcome significant imposter syndrome, but through repeated practice, I eventually became the voice of Qstream. I produced and voiced all of our on-demand product walkthroughs, hosted and presented on webinars, and even delivered a series of live demos for a demand gen program. Below you’ll find a mix of these activities.

SHORT-FORM CONTENT

Content creation is where I got my start so I’m alway happy to dive in when needs arise. I ran the OnShift blog for four years, contributing 2 posts a week about a variety of topics in the LTC senior living space. At Qstream, I also oversaw the blog, contributed to industry publications, wrote and designed infographics and created other quick-hit, engaging pieces for our customers and the broader market.

LONG-FORM CONTENT

While I enjoy building quick-hit content and interactive experiences, there's something deeply satisfying about diving into research, iterating through multiple drafts, and crafting a comprehensive story. Below you'll find examples of some of this work, including white papers, e-books, guides, and a case study with a leading pharmaceutical company.
